We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Repack Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for picking daily orders, receiving containers, and maintaining inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate will have experience in shipping and receiving, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Shift: Monday - Friday: 8AM -4:30PM.
Responsibilities:
  • Safety First: Adhere strictly to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment for yourself and your colleagues.
  • Product Integrity: Handle materials and products with precision and care to prevent any damage during repacking processes.
  • Attendance: Demonstrate reliability and punctuality by consistently arriving on time for scheduled shifts.
  • Repacking Excellence: Expertly repack parts out of corrugate into totes according to company standards, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy by meticulously recording repacked materials and following inventory control procedures.
  • Warehouse Organization: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free from clutter to facilitate smooth operations and enhance workplace safety.

Requirements:
  • Background checks, Drug Screen and Physical are required for onboarding.
  • Previous experience in repacking or similar roles preferred.
  • Commitment to upholding safety standards and protocols.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members.

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands or fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and bend. The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
