As the organization continues its rapid expansion across the West Coast, we're seeking a driven Medical Device Sales Representative who is passionate about bringing meaningful clinical innovation to physicians and patients.

This is more than a sales roleโ€”it's an opportunity to become a key contributor during a pivotal stage of growth. You'll work directly with clinical leaders, influence market adoption of breakthrough technology, and have a visible impact on the company's long-term success.

If you're energized by innovation, enjoy collaborating with physicians in procedural settings, and want the freedom to build your territory like an entrepreneur, we'd love to talk.

What You'll Own
  • Lead growth across a high-opportunity West Coast territory
  • Drive adoption of advanced surgical and procedural technologies within hospitals, health systems, and ambulatory surgery centers
  • Build trusted partnerships with surgeons, electrophysiologists, cardiovascular specialists, OR leadership, and key clinical stakeholders
  • Support physicians and clinical teams during procedures, evaluations, and technology implementations
  • Lead product trials, physician education initiatives, and technology conversions
  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans that drive sustainable growth and market expansion
  • Collaborate closely with clinical, marketing, and executive leadership teams to accelerate adoption and customer success
  • Serve as the clinical and commercial expert customers rely on throughout their technology adoption journey
Who Thrives in This Role

We're looking for professionals who excel in complex clinical environments, understand consultative hospital-based selling, and are motivated by the opportunity to introduce innovative technology that improves patient care.

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of successful medical device sales experience
  • Proven track record selling into hospitals, health systems, or ambulatory surgery centers
  • Demonstrated success developing new business while expanding existing accounts
  • Experience supporting physicians and clinical teams in procedural or surgical environments
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and consultative selling skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Highly Valued Experience

Experience with one or more of the following:

  • Advanced energy-based surgical technologies
  • Electrosurgical or tissue-management devices
  • Cardiovascular medical devices
  • Electrophysiology (EP) technologies and procedures
  • Minimally invasive surgical technologies
  • Interventional or catheter-based therapies
  • Operating room-focused procedural specialties

Additional consideration will be given to candidates with:

  • Experience in startup, emerging-growth, or rapidly scaling medical device organizations
  • Clinical backgrounds such as RN, CV Tech, Surgical Technologist, or other procedural specialties
  • Success launching new technologies, opening new markets, or building territories
  • Established physician and hospital relationships within the West Coast region
Why Top Performers Are Interested
  • Join a company at an exciting stage of growth where your contributions are highly visible
  • Represent innovative technology addressing meaningful clinical challenges
  • Enjoy significant autonomy, ownership, and influence within your territory
  • Work directly with executive leadership in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
  • Competitive compensation package with strong earning potential and performance upside
  • Opportunities for professional growth and advancement as the organization scales
  • Be part of a mission-driven team focused on improving procedural outcomes and advancing patient care
Ready to Make an Impact?

If you're passionate about procedural medicine, enjoy partnering with physicians to improve clinical outcomes, and want to help shape the growth trajectory of an innovative medical device company, we'd welcome the opportunity to connect.
