Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee renovation projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate has a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the design-build process. You will be responsible for coordinating teams, managing schedules and budgets, ensuring quality control, coordinating with employees and subcontractors and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
  • Help develop the scope of work and objectives of each project
  • Lead and manage multiple renovation projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budge
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and production plan
  • Collaborate closely with architects, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, enforce safety regulations, and maintain quality standards.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Identify and resolve project challenges proactiv
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, permits, and regulation
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and report
  • Create daily logs to document progress on job sites

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in project management within the design-build or renovation industry is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management software (Buildertrend) and tools.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Knowledge of permitting and local building regulations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
