Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all phases of luxury residential renovation projects, from budgeting and planning to final delivery.

  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets using BuilderTrend.

  • Ensure compliance with plans, specs, local building codes, and quality standards.

  • Lead weekly project meetings and provide progress reports to clients and stakeholders.

  • Identify risks, resolve conflicts, and proactively solve problems as they arise.

  • Oversee subcontractor performance and site coordination to ensure timely completion.

  • Maintain thorough project documentation, including change orders, RFIs, and punch lists.

  • Support multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they stay on time and on budget.

  • Coordinate with inspectors, manage permitting timelines, and ensure all close-out procedures are followed.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience managing luxury residential renovation projects valued at $1M+

  • Proficient with BuilderTrend project management software (required)

  • Strong budgeting, scheduling, and field coordination skills

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients and teams

  • Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, specs, and engineering documents

  • Commercial construction experience is a plus

  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering premium-quality results

  • Experience managing multiple subcontractors across various trades

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
