SUMMARY:

We are growing rapidly and looking for an Amazon Marketing Manager to join our Digital Marketing team to manage and optimize our Amazon marketing initiatives. As the Amazon Marketing Manager, you will be directly responsible for key Renfro brand presence on this highly visible account. You will manage branding & product listings and drive scalable campaigns using key marketing tools and initiatives. This role has significant responsibility and autonomy - you will personally drive results, with the support of a shared analyst resource.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Store Listings/Optimization

  • Own the Amazon store experience for Renfro's US business.
  • Continually optimize the existing brand store, product pages, and A+ content to drive traffic and sales for existing and new products
  • Partner with brand team to develop messaging and brand assets compliant with brand guidelines and Amazon standards.

Marketing and Promotion

  • Apply PPC best practices for Amazon Sponsored Product ads.
  • Set up product promotions for key season including Prime Day and holidays.
  • Develop Amazon marketing strategy in partnership with AMG, Renfro brand marketing and other functional areas as needed.

Working with eComm specialists, co-manage relationship with Amazon and other eComm retailers

  • Regularly refresh and optimize content for existing products and drive content needs for new products.
  • Maintain relationships with Amazon buyers.
  • Work closely with internal departments - Planning, Operations, Brand Marketing, as well as Customer Service for feedback and input.
  • Create, track, and reconcile shipments to Amazon Fulfillment Centers

Analytics

  • Monitor, analyze and report on performance metrics, sales, marketing performance, and pricing with regular frequency in order to allocate spend to best performers.
  • Analyze digital sales performance metrics, modifying plans as needed to deliver against targets.
  • Report ROAS analysis, campaign tracking, web stats, pricing reports, competitive analysis, promotion analysis, and new SKU checks on a weekly basis, with the Analyst's support.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Working understanding of both AMS and AMG
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Experience managing and updating the online product catalog, including setting up new products and promotional items and maintaining product and category pages data analysis, performance trends.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; able to make data-based decisions.
  • Hands-on and very entrepreneurial mindset who is comfortable in high-paced startup environments.
  • Appreciation and understanding of consumer psychology and its impact on new product adoption.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 7+ years managing & selling products on Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central
