Job description

Renegade Staging is expanding into Central Florida and seeking a driven Event Rental Sales Representative to grow our presence across Florida with focus on Orlando, Tampa, and Polk County. This role focuses on selling Modular Staging Rentals, ADA ramps, Guardrails, Event Barricade and barriers, Site Support and turnkey delivery/setup/strike services to hotels, AV companies, venues, planners, and production teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and qualify new clients across Florida with focus on Orlando, Tampa, and Polk County
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and convert leads into booked staging rentals
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and staging packages tailored to dual market needs
  • Maintain CRM records, prospect lists, and weekly sales activity reports
  • Coordinate with operations to confirm inventory, delivery windows, and load in/load out timing
  • Support site visits, walkthroughs, and basic technical questions about event staging configurations
  • Build relationships with hotel directors, production managers, event planners, and AV partners
  • Assist with post event follow up and client retention

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years in event rentals, hospitality, AV, or B2B sales
  • Ability to work across two major markets with varying event timelines
  • Willingness to travel between Orlando and Tampa as needed
  • Strong communication, follow up discipline, and relationship building skills
  • Ability to read basic room diagrams or staging layouts
  • Familiarity with modular staging systems (preferred)
  • Experience with event planning or rental management software (FLEX a plus)
