PAL OF DALLAS LLC is looking for a reliable and skilled Roadside Assistance Technician to join our team in Carrollton, TX! In this hands-on role, you'll be the hero drivers count on when they're stranded — delivering fast, professional help when it matters most. Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to roadside assistance calls including jump-starts, tire changes, and lockouts
  • Perform fuel delivery services to stranded motorists in the field
  • Conduct basic vehicle inspections and assess roadside situations safely
  • Operate towing and recovery equipment as needed
  • Communicate with dispatch and customers regarding arrival times and service updates
