About the Role:
PAL OF DALLAS LLC is looking for a reliable and skilled Roadside Assistance Technician to join our team in Carrollton, TX! This is a hands-on role where you'll be the hero drivers need when they're stranded — making a real difference every single day. If you love working independently, solving problems on the go, and helping people in their time of need, this is the job for you!
Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to roadside assistance calls throughout the DFW area
  • Perform tire changes
  • Perform battery jump-starts and battery installations
  • Provide fuel delivery services to stranded motorists
  • Perform vehicle lockout services safely and efficiently
  • Communicate with dispatch and customers regarding ETA and service updates
  • Maintain service tools, and equipment in clean, working condition
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • MUST be able to pass a background check
  • MUST have reliable transportation
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in the field
  • Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
