We're looking for an iOS Engineer to join the Protection Experiences Client Squad and help build IoT and Home Security experiences used by millions of Xfinity customers. In this role, you'll develop high-quality mobile features, collaborate across teams, and contribute to a modern codebase powering real-time smart home device interactions, mode switching, and onboarding journeys.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain iOS features for Home Protection experiences.
  • Collaborate with product, backend, and device teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Contribute to app architecture, design discussions, and high-leverage technical decisions.
  • Write clean, maintainable Swift code using modern iOS frameworks, while utilizing cross-platform frameworks where appropriate.
  • Implement and expand dynamic, Spec-Driven Development (SDD) rendering frameworks to deliver backend-driven mobile UI.
  • Improve app performance, reliability, and user experience across hardware/software integration layers.
  • Debug and resolve complex production and connectivity issues.
  • Participate in code reviews and support a culture of continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional iOS development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Swift.
  • Hands-on experience with Spec-Driven Development (SDD) or building UI frameworks driven dynamically by backend JSON schemas.
  • Experience integrating RESTful APIs and managing complex client-side state logic.
  • Familiarity with MVVM, Clean Architecture, or similar architecture patterns.
  • Solid debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional experience or deep familiarity with Flutter and Dart for cross-platform mobile development.
