Park Heights Renaissance (PHR) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving as the community quarterback organization (CQO) for one of the largest and most complex urban revitalization efforts in Baltimore and the State of Maryland.

Position Summary

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) serves as the financial and operational backbone of Park Heights Renaissance, ensuring that capital, business infrastructure, and enterprise systems are aligned to support effective implementation and long-term sustainability.

This executive leadership role is responsible for building and managing the organizationโ€™s business engine, including:

Key Responsibilities Financial Leadership & Strategy
  • Lead organizational budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance
  • Manage cash flow, reserves, and long-term financial sustainability
  • Support executive leadership with financial insights and strategic analysis
Business Operations & Infrastructure
  • Oversee day-to-day business operations
  • Establish scalable operational systems and workflows

Vendor Management & Professional Services
  • Oversee procurement and vendor contract processes

Requirements Qualifications Required
