Daily Vibe Psychotherapy Center is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor to become an integral part of our team. • Conduct initial assessments to determine the mental health status of clients, utilizing structured interviews and standardized assessment tools.
• Design personalized therapy plans based on clinical assessments and individual client goals, including evidence-based interventions tailored to specific needs.
• Regularly meet with clients, providing one-on-one counseling or facilitating group therapy sessions, utilizing inclusive therapy techniques to engage diverse populations.
• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary, ensuring best practices in therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to offer comprehensive care and necessary referrals to additional services.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Daily Vibe, you will work with a diverse client base that includes individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, trauma, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders. You will apply culturally responsive practices to ensure that each client feels respected and understood, ultimately fostering a safe therapeutic environment that promotes healing and growth.

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado.
• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience working with diverse populations is essential.
• A deep understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment methods, and a commitment to cultural competence are crucial to this role.
• Demonstrated ability to provide individual and group therapy using inclusive approaches, strong crisis intervention skills, and a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to establish rapport and trust with clients from various backgrounds.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other computer applications to maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• A strong commitment to maintaining ethical standards, professional boundaries, and client confidentiality in all interactions.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and exhibit collaborative problem-solving skills.

• Experience in a community health setting is highly desirable, as is familiarity with telehealth practices and technologies.
• Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic techniques (e.g., cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy) are advantageous.
• A background in crisis intervention or experience working with specific populations (e.g., adolescents, veterans) is a plus.
