Job description

Rush Street Interactive (NYSE: RSI) is a market leader in online casino and sports betting, currently operating real-money gaming with our brands: BetRivers.com, PlaySugarHouse.com, and RushBet.co. We're building bridges between online, social and land-based gaming businesses to create amazing, integrated experiences that keep players in the game.
Rush Street Interactive is looking for a freelance Poker YouTube Content Producer / Editor to support Poker Night in America and Hellmuth's Home Game.
This is a YouTube-first role for someone who can turn existing poker footage into compelling videos by identifying strong ideas, developing the title and thumbnail package, and executing the final edit, using YouTube analytics and performance data to guide creative decisions.
The ideal candidate understands that successful YouTube videos begin before the edit - with the concept, title, thumbnail, audience expectation, and a clear reason for viewers to click and keep watching.
What You'll Do:
  • Review existing poker footage.
  • Pitch strong video concepts.
  • Create thumbnails in Photoshop.
  • Edit multi-camera projects in Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Understand audience data and implement appropriate changes to improve measurable results, such as thumbnail click-through rate and audience retention.

The strongest candidate will be data-driven, actively interested in modern poker content, and capable of developing ideas without needing every assignment fully mapped out in advance.
What You'll Bring:
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
  • Ability to create or mock up YouTube thumbnails using Photoshop and/or AI tools, including ChatGPT.
  • Experience managing, supporting, or meaningfully contributing to a YouTube channel.
  • Proficiency with YouTube Analytics, including CTR, A/B testing, retention, traffic sources, and other performance indicators.
  • Comfort using AI tools, including ChatGPT, to support research, content ideation, analytics review, organization, and workflow efficiency.
  • Active engagement with and interest in modern poker YouTube content, livestreams, creators, and major event coverage.
  • Strong organization, communication, reliability, and ability to apply feedback across future projects. #LI-REMOTE
