• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients, developing personalized and effective treatment plans based on their unique circumstances.
• Offer short-term individual counseling and crisis intervention to adolescents and families facing a spectrum of mental health issues, ensuring a supportive and empathetic environment.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and workshops focused on essential topics such as coping strategies, emotional regulation, and effective communication skills.
• Collaborate with medical professionals, educators, and community organizations to provide coordinated care and support resources for clients and their families.
• Engage in public outreach initiatives including mental health awareness campaigns, workshops, and webinars aimed at educating the community and reducing stigma.
• Document patient interactions and maintain confidential records while adhering to ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

As a Senior Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will primarily support youth and their families, addressing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your work will significantly impact the overall well-being of our clients, enhancing their resilience and coping mechanisms while fostering a positive environment to promote healing and growth.

• Active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required; a Master’s or Doctoral degree is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the mental health challenges faced by youth and families, coupled with the ability to implement evidence-based practices and brief therapy models.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Capacity to work well in a remote setting, exhibiting strong organizational skills and self-discipline.

• Demonstrated experience working with youth in outpatient or clinical settings, preferably in mental health or community-based organizations.
• Experience in crisis intervention and knowledge of trauma-informed care will be considered a significant asset.
• Familiarity with telehealth tools and experience in delivering virtual therapy services.

• Annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
