  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, which includes social workers, case managers, and medical professionals, to offer comprehensive care catered to the diverse backgrounds and needs of our client population.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development through training sessions, workshops, and peer supervision, focusing on the enhancement of counseling skills and therapeutic effectiveness.

This position focuses primarily on serving youth, many of whom face emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges stemming from various circumstances, including family dynamics and experiences of trauma. As their counselor, you will be instrumental in supporting their development, providing resources, and guiding them through their healing journeys.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of a Masterโ€™s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.

  • Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and approaches tailored to youth mental health issues.
Compensation and Benefits
  • A competitive salary range between $80,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance to ensure you and your family have access to critical health care.
  • Life and disability insurance to provide financial security in unforeseen circumstances.
  • Malpractice insurance coverage and professional liability insurance to safeguard your practice.
  • Access to an employee assistance program aimed at supporting employees' mental health and wellness.
