Vision Works Youth Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. This full-time remote position focuses on providing exceptional mental health support to youth, ensuring their emotional and psychological needs are met through targeted interventions and holistic care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clientsโ€™ psychosocial needs, focusing on their emotional, mental, and social wellbeing.
  • Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families, setting clear, achievable goals that reflect their unique circumstances and preferences.
  • Provide counseling services and emotional support to youth and families, guiding them through transitions and obstacles related to mental health.

  • Maintain thorough, accurate documentation of all client interactions, assessments, treatment notes, and care plans using an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
  • Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in social work, adapting to evolving policies and ethical regulations to provide optimal client care.

This position primarily serves youth and their families facing mental health challenges. Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid LICSW licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a clinical social work role, ideally within a community health, educational, or youth-focused environment.
  • Deep understanding of social work principles, youth-related issues, and applicable state resources.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
