• Counsel clients individually through secure video sessions, actively engaging them in conversation to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
• Facilitate insightful discussions that encourage clients to bring forward personal experiences, ultimately fostering greater self-awareness and insight into their relationships.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations of clients' mental states and clinical histories, employing solution-focused approaches that draw upon your expertise.
• Advocate for clients' needs, helping them to articulate their goals for therapy and supporting them through their journey to achieve these objectives.
• Minimize administrative burdens by leveraging our on-site administrative support, allowing you to focus primarily on client care.

Your clients will primarily consist of stable adults with low mental health acuity. Each client undergoes a thorough screening process prior to booking services to ensure that you are matched with individuals whose needs align with your specialties and preferences. This targeted approach allows you to work effectively and foster meaningful therapeutic relationships.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Must possess a full, unrestricted license to practice independently, such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, and be in good standing with the regulatory board.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor are essential for establishing rapport and trust with clients.
• Proficient in using technology and comfortable navigating various counseling platforms to conduct sessions and manage client communication.

• Experience providing counseling services via telehealth platforms.
• Previous work in outpatient settings or direct client-centered roles.
• A background in a specific area of mental health, such as trauma-informed care, CBT, or family therapy.

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually based on your experience and hours worked.
