Key Responsibilities

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clients will primarily consist of stable adults with low mental health acuity. Each client undergoes a thorough screening process prior to booking services to ensure that you are matched with individuals whose needs align with your specialties and preferences. This targeted approach allows you to work effectively and foster meaningful therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
  • Must possess a full, unrestricted license to practice independently, such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, and be in good standing with the regulatory board.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor are essential for establishing rapport and trust with clients.
  • Proficient in using technology and comfortable navigating various counseling platforms to conduct sessions and manage client communication.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience providing counseling services via telehealth platforms.
  • Previous work in outpatient settings or direct client-centered roles.
