I am partnering with several AmLaw 100 firms across the United States that are seeking to add experienced Of Counsel attorneys in a range of practice areas. These opportunities are ideal for highly skilled practitioners with 10 or more years of substantive experience, who are seeking to join top‑tier firms and take on complex, high‑value client work.

Location: Openings are available in multiple major U.S. markets, with hybrid and in‑office considered for exceptional candidates. Some fully remote opportunities are available as well.

Practice Areas in Demand
  • Litigation – complex commercial, securities, and appellate
  • Intellectual Property – patent, trademark, and technology transactions
  • Finance & Bankruptcy – leveraged finance, restructuring, workouts
