Key Responsibilities
  • Engage directly with assigned clients in both virtual settings and the wider community, addressing symptoms linked to major mental health conditions and emotional disorders.
  • Implement evidence-based screening methods and conduct thorough assessments to determine client needs.
  • Create and maintain integrated care plans, assuring timely access to linked services and seamless communication with clients, families, and healthcare providers.
  • Provide an array of prevention, treatment, and recovery services, ensuring a focus on client empowerment through informed decision-making.
  • Participate in crisis intervention efforts and deliver appropriate support as necessary, demonstrating swift response capabilities during critical situations.
  • Maintain a manageable caseload that includes comprehensive assessments, individual therapy sessions, group therapy, and family counseling.

Qualifications
