The role of LCSW is set within a remote working environment while primarily engaging with schools and community organizations that foster developmental support for children. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain compliance with all Federal and State regulations to ensure the highest standards of care and service.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position primarily focuses on serving babies and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays. You will assist them in acquiring fundamental skills during the critical first three years of life, covering essential areas such as physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication development. Your work will have a direct impact on their early learning experiences, positioning them for future success.

Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate of Social Work.
  • Active licensure in Social Work by the Connecticut Department of Public Health is required.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in early intervention and working with children.
  • Proficient in adapting approaches to accommodate various learning styles to meet each child's individualized treatment needs.
  • Competency in utilizing the Natural Learning Environment Practices to enhance children's growth and development.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, ensuring effective delivery of interventions and support.
  • Possess excellent communication skills and a respectful, collaborative attitude towards team members and families.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

  • Experience working with educational institutions and understanding the IEP/IFSP processes.

Compensation and Benefits
