Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify the psychological and emotional needs of clients, developing personalized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.
• Administer therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities tailored to each client's unique situation and cultural background.
• Document and maintain accurate clinical records following HIPAA guidelines, demonstrating your commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals, to provide cohesive and holistic care that addresses physical, emotional, and social well-being.
• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance treatment strategies and incorporate feedback from fellow professionals.
• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment strategies, and available resources, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery journey.
• Stay informed on the latest research in mental health and addiction treatment to ensure the application of contemporary, effective strategies in practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be individuals seeking treatment at our detox center, many of whom may be facing complex psychological challenges compounded by substance use. Our clientele is diverse and may include individuals from varied backgrounds. Your ability to provide culturally competent care is essential, allowing you to foster trust and cooperation with each client.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, affirming your academic qualifications.
• An active state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), which denotes your professional legitimacy and commitment to the field.
• Proven expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions, showcasing your ability to tailor care to meet individual client needs.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with the potential for bonuses based on performance.
