Work Environment

You will be part of a dedicated hospice care team focused on providing emotional, physical, and spiritual support to patients and their families. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health issues, using evidence-based practices and developmental screenings to identify immediate needs.
  • Create and implement integrated care plans, linking clients with necessary support services and ensuring a collaborative approach among families and other providers.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a virtual format, monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Engage in crisis intervention, demonstrating quick and effective decision-making to address urgent client needs.
  • Generate and maintain timely documentation for all client interactions and care plans, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and collaborative efforts to improve service delivery and enhance patient outcomes
Patient Population / Client Focus

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will primarily work with clients facing complex mental health issues, including those diagnosed with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disturbances. This role requires cultural competence and sensitivity, as clients may come from diverse backgrounds and possess varying needs. Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) with a valid LCSW license in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is competitive, with an annual salary between USD 70,000 and 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
