Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to design individualized treatment plans that reflect their specific goals, personal circumstances, and preferences.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting methodologies to suit each client.
  • Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to enhance understanding and coping mechanisms.
  • Monitor and document client progress effectively, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on observed outcomes and feedback.
