Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing tailored therapeutic strategies and modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapies.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations on clients, developing personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving measurable goals and objectives.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation while adhering to legal and ethical standards outlined by state regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including social workers, psychiatrists, and other health professionals to provide holistic care to clients.
• Participate in training workshops and continuing education initiatives to stay abreast of the latest research and treatment modalities in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The LPC in this role will focus on a diverse population, including individuals, couples, and families facing a myriad of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or another related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating a strong understanding of various therapeutic approaches.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and related technologies.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use treatment.
• Previous experience providing care in community health settings or similar environments.
• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing mental health practices.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, which may vary based on experience and caseload.
