Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, which includes psychosocial assessments, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to develop accurate treatment plans.
• Collaborate effectively with clients to establish individualized treatment programs that address their unique goals and cultural contexts.
• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions using CBT, DBT, and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT).
• Provide crisis intervention services and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care for patients in acute distress.
• Maintain thorough clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, adhering to clinic policies and compliance regulations.
• Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families, helping them navigate their mental health challenges and empowering them with effective coping strategies.
• Work in synergy with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Conduct routine evaluations to assess therapy outcomes, ensuring that treatment remains aligned with client needs and best practices.
• Stay informed about the latest developments and research in mental health, actively incorporating new insights into clinical work.
• Uphold the highest ethical standards and maintain confidentiality concerning patient information.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on school-aged children and adolescents, addressing challenges such as anxiety, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits
