Despite being a remote position, you will collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals through virtual platforms, ensuring a coordinated approach to patient care. Additionally, you may occasionally engage in school-based interventions, providing services directly to students within educational settings, ensuring that mental health support is accessible where it's most needed.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.
• Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate personalized treatment plans with specific goals and interventions tailored to each client's needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure integrated and holistic care.
• Provide crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning to manage acute psychological distress as necessary.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups aimed at community engagement and sharing recovery strategies.
• Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, safeguarding client confidentiality.

You will work with a rich tapestry of clients, ranging from children to seniors, each with unique backgrounds and mental health challenges. The diverse nature of our client population allows for dynamic interaction and the application of various therapeutic techniques to foster resilience and recovery. By initiating meaningful dialogue and utilizing tailored interventions, you will help clients navigate their healing journeys and achieve better mental health outcomes.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Valid and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in a mental health or outpatient treatment setting.
• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment methodologies and an understanding of the therapeutic process.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and clinical assessment skills, ensuring a positive, supportive experience for clients.

• Experience working in school-based mental health programs or with child/adolescent populations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy delivery.
