Develop, document & execute unit test cases. Resolve complex tech. issues with apps & processes. Recommend test plans for impacted areas & end-to-end test coverage. Recommend improvements to processes. Ensure quality reviews of app. software designs. Lead projects across tech. disciplines. Develop tech. knowledge & skills of IS projects teams. Support proof-of-concept activities for new technologies. Guide teams on solutions for resolving frequently occurring production problems. Lead team in phase gates for projects.
