• Conduct thorough assessments and comprehensive evaluations of clients, using standardized tools to identify mental health needs and formulate evidence-based treatment plans.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, groups, and families, employing diverse therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Collaborate extensively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care, contributing to comprehensive treatment teams.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention services to clients encountering acute situations, utilizing your skills and empathetic approach to stabilize their mental health.
• Engage actively in community outreach efforts, facilitating workshops and educational sessions to raise awareness about mental health and remove societal stigma associated with seeking help.

Our clinic serves a diverse client population, including individuals from various cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. As a therapist, you will be instrumental in supporting clients dealing with a wide array of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. Your ability to connect with clients and adapt therapeutic approaches to their unique situations will be paramount in driving positive outcomes.

• A fully licensed mental health professional with an independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for the effective establishment of rapport and therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• A strong understanding of cultural competence and sensitivity, enabling you to work with clients from varying ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups.
• Excellent organizational abilities and time-management skills, ensuring meticulous documentation and adherence to treatment plans.

• Prior experience working in a community mental health setting, particularly with marginalized populations seeking mental health services.
• Familiarity with telehealth technology and practices is an asset, allowing seamless service delivery in a virtual environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and knowledge enhancement through workshops and training.
