• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patient needs and strengths, developing tailored treatment plans that adhere to best practices.
• Utilize solution-focused therapeutic techniques and evidence-based interventions to guide clients toward their mental health treatment goals.
• Document clinical encounters and maintain patient records accurately and in compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
• Engage in regular case consultations and interdisciplinary team meetings to foster communication and enhance care delivery.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, helping them understand their conditions and empowering them with tools for effective self-management.
• Stay informed on industry research and advancements in social work to continually improve treatment efficacy and patient outcomes.

You will serve a diverse client base, addressing various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 based on experience and qualifications.
