As part of our innovative outpatient mental health clinic, you will work remotely but remain connected to a team of seasoned mental health professionals. In your role as an LCSW, you will engage in a wide array of responsibilities that contribute to our clients’ overall health:

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify patients’ mental health needs, and develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices and solutions-based interventions.
• Administer a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address diverse patient needs and preferences.
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring accurate records of patient interactions and treatment progress.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other clinicians to coordinate effective care delivery.
• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review sessions, contributing to continuous learning and enhanced treatment quality.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources, fostering a supportive environment for recovery.
• Stay abreast of developments and research in the mental health field, integrating this knowledge into clinical practices to elevate patient outcomes.

At Life Essence Center, you will work with a diverse population of individuals facing various mental health conditions, particularly those in need of detoxification and subsequent mental health support. Understanding the complexities of addiction and mental health is crucial, and your role will center around guiding these individuals toward recovery and personal empowerment.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating your advanced knowledge and commitment to the field.
• Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Nevada, affirming your professional qualifications.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a clinical setting, focusing on psychotherapy services, to ensure proficiency in addressing patient needs.
• Proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy interventions, showcasing your ability to drive meaningful changes in clients’ lives.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.
