Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to gauge the psychological needs of clients, ensuring an accurate understanding of their challenges.
  • Deliver both individualized and group therapy sessions tailored to meet the specific needs of each patient, utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Maintain an active caseload, efficiently managing various psychological disorders while fostering a therapeutic relationship with each client.
  • Create, document, and revise treatment plans in conjunction with clients and their families to increase the likelihood of successful outcomes.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
  • A valid and active license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive salary, with full-time positions earning between $90,000 to $135,000 per year.
