As a licensed mental health counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting one-on-one mental health counseling sessions with clients via secure video chat, ensuring ethical adherence and compassionate care.
• Utilizing solution-focused treatment modalities to address individual client needs, facilitating progress through evidence-based practices.
• Creating tailored treatment plans that reflect the unique requirements of each client, emphasizing personal insights and relational dynamics.
• Monitoring and documenting client progress, helping them establish and maintain effective coping strategies and healthy relationships.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of best practices in mental health counseling.

You will primarily work with a patient demographic consisting of stable, low-acuity adults, who present with a myriad of mental health challenges ranging from anxiety and mild depression to stress management. Your expertise will guide clients in cultivating the necessary skills to enhance their quality of life, fostering resilience and independence in their therapeutic journeys.

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current, state-issued mental health counseling license allowing for independent practice without supervision. Applicants must include their credentials and licensed state in their application, with acceptable licenses including:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No provisional or limited licenses and no history of disciplinary actions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate demeanor, strong computer literacy, and functionality for video counseling.
• A reliable internet connection, a computer with webcam and audio capabilities, and a commitment to maintaining a therapeutic environment remotely.

Ideal candidates will possess experience working with low-acuity adult populations and demonstrate familiarity with solution-focused therapy approaches. A history of using electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus, providing insight into efficient client documentation and tracking.

The salary range for this full-time position is competitive, between USD 90,000 and 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
