• Conduct comprehensive assessments and individualized evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, aiming to provide a supportive atmosphere while actively engaging clients in their healing process.
• Collaborate effectively with a diverse team of mental health professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and case managers, to ensure holistic care and improved client outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Participate in ongoing professional development workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health practices.

As a licensed counselor with Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work with a varied client population that includes individuals and families facing diverse challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance misuse. • Must possess an active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Colorado.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional counseling experience, ideally within a clinical context.
• Demonstrated understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health counseling.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a wide range of clients.
• Proficient with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and related technologies.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use counseling is highly desirable.
• Previous experience working within an outpatient environment is beneficial.
• Experience with various therapeutic techniques and an openness to continued learning is advantageous.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and client caseload. In addition to an attractive base salary, our benefits package includes:
