We're Hiring:Business Development Manager (Staffing & Product Sales)
Location: US Based | Full-Time, Remote
Experience: 5–7 years
Role Overview
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth across both staffing services and Novalink’s product offerings, by acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts, and delivering tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. New Business Acquisition (Staffing + IT Product Sales)
Generate new business opportunities across staffing services and product solutions.
Meet and exceed revenue targets by securing contracts, job orders, and product subscriptions.
Conduct consultative sales discussions to understand client needs and recommend the right mix of staffing and product offerings.
2. Sales Pipeline & Opportunity Management
Identify, qualify, and pursue leads through prospecting, networking, and market research.
Develop proposals, negotiate terms, and manage the full sales cycle for both staffing and product lines.
Deliver compelling presentations and demos of Novalink’s products to prospective clients.
3. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through regular communication and value-driven engagement.
Continuously assess client needs and position Novalink’s staffing services and products as solutions.
Ensure client satisfaction, resolve issues, and support long-term account growth.
4. Collaboration & Onboarding
Work closely with the Recruiting & Account Management teams to ensure smooth onboarding of staffing clients.
Coordinate with Product and Technical teams to support product onboarding, setup, and client adoption.
Submit job order tickets, facilitate introductions, and ensure customized service delivery.
5. Sales Strategy & Market Development
Develop and execute lead-generation strategies, marketing plans, and territory-based outreach for both staffing and product lines.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
Participate in networking events, conferences, and training sessions to enhance professional growth.
Qualifications:
*5–7 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
*Experience in staffing industry and IT Product sales experience is a strong plus.
*Prior recruitment background preferred.
*Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
*Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable managing a multi-solution sales portfolio.
