Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of patients, developing tailored treatment plans that align with their unique needs and goals.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused therapeutic interventions to address mental health challenges, helping patients achieve meaningful progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and facilitating proper continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of patients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your expertise will help facilitate their journey toward improved mental well-being through individualized support and therapeutic tools.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LCSW licensure in the state of Tennessee is essential to practice.
• Strong understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy and its applications in clinical settings.
• Demonstrated excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills to effectively support patients and their families.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in community health settings or clinics is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms, enhancing the efficiency of patient management.

Compensation and Benefits
