This role focuses on strategic business development, executive engagement, and national market growth while shaping how organizations invest in talent development.

What You'll Do

  • Drive new enterprise partnerships aligned to WGU's mission and strategic priorities

  • Lead consultative business development with C-suite leaders and national decision-makers

  • Design innovative proposals, campaigns, and workforce solutions that address large-scale talent needs

  • Represent WGU at major industry events, conferences, and partner councils

  • Coach and guide Account Executives and Senior Account Executives on enterprise sales best practices
