TheDirector, Workforce Planningwill play a critical role inleadingour workforce strategyend-to-end in partnership with Operations Leaders and Talent Acquisition,ensuring strategic goals are met through forecast modeling, capacity planning,comprehensive analytics and insights,collaboration, and effective communication.This position willreport into theVP, OperationsFinanceand willbe responsible for developing and maintaining workforceplanningmodelsfor alarge outpatient Therapy organizationwith750+ locations, across multiple states, service lines, anddisciplines, leveragingtechnology tobuild efficientprocesses and output,generating actionable insights, and collaborating with Field Leadership to review and optimize workforce plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assistin collecting and analyzing workforce data from multiple sources.

  • Develop,scaleandmaintaindata dashboards and reports to track key workforce metrics.

  • Conduct statistical analysis toidentifytrends and patterns in workforce data.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support workforce planning initiatives.

  • Generate insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve workforce effectiveness.

  • Leadmeetings and presentations to share findings and contribute to decision-making processes.

  • Studies department work, vacation, andutilizationfor on-going historical trend analysis and offer recommendations for forecasting purposes.

Required Skills:

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Workday HCM and Workday Adaptive Planning.

  • Certification in workforce planning or related areas.
