We’re seeking an experienced Senior Workday Analyst with strong expertise in Workday Benefits to support and enhance a large enterprise HR technology environment. This role will partner closely with HR and business stakeholders to optimize benefits processes, configure Workday solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive continuous system improvements.


Responsibilities

  • Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday Benefits functionality
  • Partner with HR and business teams to gather requirements and deliver system solutions
  • Lead testing efforts, upgrades, new feature implementations, and optimization initiatives
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and configuration issues
  • Develop documentation, training materials, and support resources
  • Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams on integrations and enhancements
  • Mentor junior analysts and provide subject matter expertise


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications such as Workday, ERP, HRIS, or similar platforms
  • Hands-on Workday experience, preferably within Benefits
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience leading projects, meetings, and stakeholder discussions
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Workday certification is a plus
