To thrive as a Remote Workflow Automation Specialist, you need strong analytical skills, process optimization experience, and a background in IT or business process management. Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate, or UiPath, as well as relevant certifications, is typically required. One common challenge in remote workflow automation roles is ensuring seamless communication and coordination across distributed teams, especially when automating processes that involve multiple departments. • Contribute to initiatives that improve productivity, streamline business operations, and reduce repetitive manual tasks through intelligent automation.
Requirements

  • Experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive mindset with a high level of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced technology environments and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience with conversational AI platforms, large language model (LLM)-based assistants, Salesforce, telephony integrations, or low-code/no-code automation tools is considered a strong advantage.
  • Previous experience in SaaS, telecommunications, customer support, or digital transformation environments is highly desirable.
Benefits

  • Professional development support, including certifications and industry conferences.
  • Well-being resources, including access to mental health and psychology support.
  • Opportunity to work with an international, collaborative, and high-performing team.
  • Exposure to cutting-edge AI, automation, and enterprise technology projects.
  • Additional country-specific benefits available based on your location.
