As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to manage your schedule while maintaining consistent client care. • Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients’ needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to address their specific issues.
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions to facilitate emotional healing and recovery.

• Collaborate closely with physicians, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

You will primarily work with individuals facing challenges related to mental health disorders and substance use issues, including those undergoing detoxification. Many of our clients may also be navigating life transitions such as relationship breakdowns or grief. Thus, your expertise in counseling and support during these critical moments will be essential to fostering resilience and recovery.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution with an LCSW designation.
• A current and valid state license to practice clinical social work in Georgia.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Proficiency in managing sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
• A comfortable understanding of telehealth practices and digital platforms for client engagement.
