• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other approaches suitable for various psychological disorders.
• Document treatment progress meticulously in electronic health records (EHR) and prepare conclusive treatment logs that inform ongoing care and intervention strategies.
• Monitor patient caseloads, adjusting therapeutic strategies as necessary based on evolving patient needs and feedback.
• Engage patients and their families in the therapeutic process, developing actionable resolutions and supporting them through challenges.

As a Mental Health Counselor, you will serve a diverse clientele in the community, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and other psychological issues. Your role will involve assessing and addressing the unique needs of each patient while fostering their personal growth and independence through tailored therapeutic interventions.

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling is required.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• At least two years of professional experience in a clinical setting providing mental health services to patients.

While the minimum requirement is two years, candidates with additional experience in specialized areas such as trauma-informed care, child and adolescent therapy, or substance abuse counseling will be highly regarded. Familiarity with telehealth practices and platforms is also encouraged, as this role relies heavily on virtual interaction.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 135,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes a $1,000 sign-on bonus, flexible scheduling options ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week, and opportunities for additional bonuses based on state licensure.
