• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions addressing various mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, and trauma.
• Perform thorough assessments aligned with clinical guidelines to evaluate clients' mental health needs and craft personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions and therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy, to facilitate client progress.
• Offer crisis intervention services, guiding clients through acute emotional distress and providing psychoeducation to enhance their understanding of mental health issues.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care, enhancing therapeutic outcomes through collective expertise.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, contributing to the overall quality of care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in training sessions, supervision, and staying informed on the latest research and best practices in therapy.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults from various cultural backgrounds. Our client population often presents a variety of mental health concerns, creating a dynamic therapeutic environment where you can apply your unique skills. Your role is to provide compassionate care that addresses each client's individual circumstances, helping them navigate their mental health challenges effectively.

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is necessary.
• An independent LPC license issued by the state board is required to deliver therapeutic services legally.
• A strong understanding of clinical documentation standards alongside the ability to prepare comprehensive treatment reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on empathy and active listening.
• Ability to function collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team and exhibit flexibility to adapt to client needs and organizational changes.
• Commitment to upholding client confidentiality and ethical guidelines in all aspects of client interactions.
• Experience working with a wide range of mental health conditions and diverse client backgrounds is highly preferred.

• Previous experience in telehealth counseling or remote therapy modalities is advantageous, as it allows for smoother adaptation to our virtual service delivery.
• Hands-on experience using practice management software and client record-keeping systems to enhance efficiency and client service.
• Demonstrated ability to engage in community outreach, advocating for mental health awareness and accessibility.

The compensation details for this position feature a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
