The American Social Work Center operates as a community health clinic, where our clients benefit from a comprehensive range of mental health services. As an LMFT, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic and coordinated care management.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to better understand clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that outline specific goals and strategies for achieving client success.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes.
• Perform crisis interventions, risk assessments, and safety planning as needed to support clients in acute distress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions in compliance with organizational policies and ethical standards.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at our clinic, you will work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds. Your expertise will be vital in addressing the unique dynamics and challenges that each client faces, whether they are dealing with relationship issues, personal trauma, or mental health disorders. • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting.

• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic approaches, particularly in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with community resources and referral systems.
• Proficiency in technology and telehealth platforms used for remote therapy sessions.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, based on experience.
