This position offers the convenience of remote work, with support and connectivity established through our outpatient facility in Fort Worth, Texas. As a member of our team, you will engage in regular virtual meetings and case consultations, fostering collaboration with peer counselors and specialists to optimize client outcomes. The clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art technology to ensure effective service delivery and communication.

• Evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms using structured assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Educate clients and families on mood disorders and available treatment options, enhancing their understanding of mental health and self-care practices.
• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed, documenting changes to maintain accuracy and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals for integrated care solutions.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying informed about the latest research and advancements in treatment methodologies.
• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and training sessions to enhance your skills and contribute to collective knowledge.
• Advocate for clients' mental health needs, empowering them to overcome stigma and access necessary resources.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals and families navigating complex emotional landscapes, such as those dealing with divorce, relationship issues, or other challenging life transitions. Your expertise will directly contribute to improved mental health outcomes through supportive therapeutic practices tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Must possess a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.
• A demonstrated ability to approach clients with empathy, sympathy, and a nonjudgmental attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and time management capabilities to maintain effective workload and documentation processes.

• Experience with various therapeutic modalities, particularly in the areas of divorce and relationship counseling, is highly desirable.
• Prior experience in outpatient settings and familiarity with teletherapy tools and practices will be beneficial.
• A background in integrating family systems theory into therapy sessions is an asset.

• Annual salary ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, contingent upon qualifications and experience.
