• Conduct thorough assessments to determine individual client needs, preferences, and treatment goals.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s update, fostering resilience and emotional healing.
• Maintain comprehensive and timely clinical documentation to ensure compliance with medical standards and confidentiality agreements.
• Collaborate with a dedicated multidisciplinary treatment team to provide holistic and continuous client care.
• Engage with clients and their families; educating them about treatment options and resources to support their recovery paths.
• Proactively stay informed on the latest mental health research to integrate best practices into client care.
• Provide crisis intervention and support in high-pressure situations.

Your work will primarily focus on individuals undergoing detoxification from substance use and those suffering from trauma, anxiety, and depression. We proudly serve a diverse clientele from various socio-economic backgrounds, ensuring that every individual receives culturally competent care that respects their unique experiences.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Valid LICSW license in the state of Washington.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience demonstrating effectiveness in a mental health or social work setting.
• Expertise in solution-focused therapy and other evidence-based psychotherapy methodologies.
• Exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills, especially in crisis scenarios.
• Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team, enhancing overall client outcomes.

• Experience in substance use treatment or working within detox center environments is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health records (EHR) systems for documentation and reporting.
