Position Summary


We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our telehealth team. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing high-quality virtual care, building strong patient relationships, and helping expand access to healthcare services.


This position offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to work remotely while making a meaningful impact on patients’ lives.


Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual patient evaluations and follow-up appointments

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic health conditions

• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans

• Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations

• Educate patients on preventive care and healthy lifestyle choices

• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records

• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members as needed

• Ensure compliance with telehealth regulations and best practices


Qualifications


Required

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Washington State

• National NP certification (FNP, AGNP, PMHNP, or related specialty)

• DEA registration (if prescribing controlled substances)
