Part-Time CRO Specialist, Remote (Unbounce Landing Pages & Website Conversion)

Xterra Health

Boston, MA • Remote

$45 - $52/hr

Full-time

Posted 3 days ago

New

Job description

Xterra Health helps veterans get clear access to the care, benefits, and support they have earned. Our conversion funnel is a big part of how many veterans we reach, and we are looking for a hands on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to build and manage that funnel.

This is a part-time, ongoing role built for someone who wants to own real production work: launching landing pages in Unbounce, improving conversion across our website, and building the testing foundation we will scale as paid media grows. Strong performers may see this role expand or convert to full-time.

Pay and Schedule

Pay: $45 to $52 per hour, based on experience and scope (approximately $3,900 to $5,600 per month at 20 to 25 hours a week)

Schedule: 20 to 25 hours per week, generally consistent week to week

Location: Remote, U.S. based. Must reside in a state where Xterra Health is registered to do business.

Employment Type: Part-time, W-2

What You Will Do

  • Build, launch, and manage landing pages at scale in Unbounce, with correct form setup, CRM routing, and UTM tracking on every page
  • Improve conversion across our website: page structure, forms, calls to action, page speed, and mobile experience
  • Reduce friction in lead capture and booking flows, working with Marketing Operations on CRM data integrity and attribution
  • Analyze behavior data (GA4, heatmaps, funnel reports) to find friction points and prioritize fixes
  • Build a testing roadmap using an impact and effort framework, and run A/B tests as traffic supports valid results
  • Write conversion focused copy that follows brand guidelines and makes no outcome guarantees; route tracking, pixel, and form changes through the VP of Marketing and legal review before launch
  • Partner with our web development team, design, and content to implement changes, and report results on a regular cadence

What You Bring

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in conversion rate optimization, growth marketing, or a similar analytical role
  • Hands on experience building and managing landing pages in Unbounce
  • Experience with GHL (GoHighLevel) form routing and WordPress
  • Practical knowledge of UTM taxonomy and tracking parameters
  • Experience with A/B testing tools such as Optimizely, VWO, or AB Tasty
  • Proficiency with analytics platforms such as GA4, Hotjar, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, enough to scope or troubleshoot test builds
  • Strong grasp of statistical significance, sample size, and experiment design

Nice to Have

  • Experience in healthcare, benefits, financial services, or another regulated industry
  • SQL, UX/UI experience, or a CRO or analytics certification (CXL, Google Analytics, or similar)

Xterra Health is committed to supporting veterans through every step of their claims process. We build teams that reflect that mission.
