Blueprint & Schematic Interpretation

  • Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematics to assist with diagnostics and repairs, ensuring all work is performed according to specifications and safety standards.

Documentation & Reporting

Travel & Logistics

  • Independently manage your travel schedule across the West Coast region.
  • Coordinate travel logistics, including overnight stays when required.
  • Maintain readiness to travel up to 80% of the time.

Professionalism & Independence

  • Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a customer‑first mindset.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, with daily check‑ins for alignment and support.
  • Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and accountability.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or vocational training in industrial equipment, mechanical or electrical engineering, or related fields preferred.
  • Proven hands‑on experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment (mechanical and electrical).
  • Strong understanding of blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks without direct supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially when explaining complex technical issues to non‑technical customers.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift and transport tools/equipment up to 25 lbs.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the West Coast, including overnight stays.
  • Comfortable working in a variety of industrial environments.
