The Linux/Windows Compliance Remediation Engineer will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing system security reports to identify potential compliance violations on both Linux and Windows operating systems. They will then work to develop and implement remediation plans to address these findings, ensuring systems meet the organization's security benchmarks and regulatory requirements. This role requires a strong understanding of both Linux and Windows administration along with a working knowledge of common compliance frameworks. The engineer will need excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex issues and identify the root cause of compliance failures. They must also possess excellent communication skills to document remediation procedures and collaborate with system administrators to ensure successful implementation.
