Position Overview

Alight Wellness and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our dynamic team in a fully remote, full-time role. This position requires dedication to providing exceptional virtual therapy services to a variety of clients, with a minimum caseload of 25 clients per week. Work Environment

As a member of our fully digital team, you will utilize telehealth platforms to deliver care, allowing you to reach clients across varying geographical locations. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with a diverse clientele, employing evidence-based practices to foster emotional and psychological well-being.
• Document treatment plans and client progress within the electronic health record (EHR) system with accuracy and compliance to ensure up-to-date client information.
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians and support staff to discuss client cases, share insights, and enhance overall treatment outcomes.
• Manage client intake processes, including initial screenings and assessments to tailor individualized care plans.
• Engage in continuous learning and stay informed regarding best practices in mental health treatment, including developments in therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy.
• Maintain ethical standards in treatment delivery as well as uphold client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will provide therapy primarily to adults aged 18 and older, addressing a wide range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clientele includes culturally diverse individuals, and candidates with experience in working with minority groups, LGBTQIA+, or specific populations like men’s mental health will find their skills particularly valued in our environment.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• An active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license valid in the state of Massachusetts.
• A minimum of three years of post-licensure experience in clinical counseling.
• Proficient knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, specifically in CBT and/or Psychodynamic Therapy.
• Insurance–must carry professional malpractice insurance during the tenure of employment.
• Experience providing psychotherapy to clients aged 18 and above.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity working with the LGBTQIA+ community.
• Experience in addressing men’s mental health issues is advantageous.
• Previous work experience with diverse and minority populations is preferred, enriching the therapeutic approach.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 104,000 annually, reflecting your experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a robust benefits package that includes:
