This role operates within a remote setting that accommodates the needs of both our therapists and clients. The remote work model helps ensure that our appointments can be scheduled in a manner that best fits our clients' availability, which may include evenings and weekends.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources, ensuring a holistic approach to care.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities, customizing each session to meet the specific needs of clients.
• Utilize therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed methods to facilitate effective treatment outcomes.
• Develop and implement comprehensive individualized treatment plans with clear goals and interventions while continuously monitoring progress.
• Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to provide coordinated care that enhances client support.
• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning, responding adeptly to clients in urgent situations while ensuring their well-being.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and progress in alignment with ethical and legal standards to uphold our commitment to quality care.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster community and shared understanding among clients.

Our client population includes individuals experiencing a variety of mental health conditions, such as depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related disorders, and other emotional challenges. Our focus is to create treatment experiences that are collaborative, culturally sensitive, and responsive to each individual's background and circumstances.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, preferably in an outpatient or mental health setting.
• In-depth knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions and effective treatment strategies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
• Proficient assessment skills to effectively evaluate and address mental health needs.

• Experience in providing care to diverse populations.
• Background in crisis intervention or emergency mental health services.
• Familiarity with digital health technologies and teletherapy platforms.
