• Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to clients' unique needs, preferences, and goals, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Conduct virtual therapy sessions using secure online platforms, ensuring that all interactions adhere to HIPAA guidelines to protect client confidentiality.
• Actively participate in case conferences and team meetings, contributing your insights regarding best practices and treatment strategies.
• Conduct thorough assessments to establish diagnoses and recommendations for appropriate treatment plans, while evaluating the need for referrals to other specialists when necessary.
• Develop and lead therapeutic group activities that facilitate peer support and shared experiences among clients.
• Apply coaching models and natural environment teaching strategies to enhance client engagement and personal development.

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
