Work Environment

As a member of our team, you will primarily work from home using our efficient telehealth systems to conduct therapy sessions. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, which will inform the development of tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver high-quality individual therapy sessions using various evidence-based modalities, adapting approaches to meet the diverse needs of clients.
• Set therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and regularly monitor progress to facilitate optimal growth and healing.
• Provide teletherapy options to ensure accessibility for clients who prefer virtual sessions or have mobility issues, thereby expanding our reach.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment sessions, reflecting our commitment to confidentiality and professional standards.
• Engage in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and remain current with therapeutic practices and regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position primarily caters to a diverse clientele facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients come from various backgrounds and life situations, requiring a counselor who can empathize and connect meaningfully. You will play a crucial role in fostering a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, empowering them to navigate their mental health journeys.

Qualifications

• A valid and current state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Ability to demonstrate empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental disposition toward clients' challenges.
• Strong organizational skills necessary for effective time management and workload balance.

Preferred Experience

Experience with telehealth therapy or an understanding of virtual patient care is highly preferred. Familiarity with client management systems and electronic health records will be advantageous in effectively managing caseloads and documentation requirements.

• Competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
