Qualifications
  • A valid and current state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A masterโ€™s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental disposition toward clients' challenges.
  • Strong organizational skills necessary for effective time management and workload balance.
Preferred Experience

Experience with telehealth therapy or an understanding of virtual patient care is highly preferred. Familiarity with client management systems and electronic health records will be advantageous in effectively managing caseloads and documentation requirements.
